, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to global clients through both
voice and non-voice
channels.

role based in
Jaipur
, and candidates from
across India
are welcome to apply. A
relocation bonus
and
14 days of hotel accommodation
will be provided for selected candidates relocating from other cities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international customer queries via voice (calls) and non-voice (emails, chats) processes
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good listening skills and ability to understand customer concerns
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, typing speed, etc.)
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (if required)
