Job Summary:



We are hiring

Chat Support Executives

to handle customer queries through live chat and email. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction without voice interaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries via

chat and email

in a professional and timely manner. Maintain customer records and update internal databases accurately. Resolve product/service-related issues by coordinating with internal teams. Provide detailed and accurate information to customers. Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data. Achieve daily/weekly productivity and quality targets. Maintain a polite, positive, and customer-friendly attitude throughout communication

Skills & Requirements:



Excellent written English communication skills. Typing speed of at least

25-30 WPM

with accuracy. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of

MS Office.

Freshers are welcome; prior

BPO / chat process experience

is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
