Maintain customer records and update internal databases accurately.
Resolve product/service-related issues by coordinating with internal teams.
Provide detailed and accurate information to customers.
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Achieve daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
Maintain a polite, positive, and customer-friendly attitude throughout communication
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent written English communication skills.
Typing speed of at least
25-30 WPM
with accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office.
Freshers are welcome; prior
BPO / chat process experience
is an advantage.
