Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound & outbound calls, emails, and live chat

for overseas customers Resolve queries, provide solutions, and maintain service quality Update information in CRM systems Meet performance metrics (customer satisfaction, accuracy, response time)

Skills

: Strong English (verbal + written), good listening & problem-solving

Experience
