Job Role:
As a
Customer Experience Specialist
, you'll represent international clients in managing customer queries via
voice and chat
channels. You will deliver clear, courteous, and effective assistance while maintaining exceptional service quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with international customers through calls, chat, or email.
Resolve issues and provide product or service information promptly.
Record and maintain detailed communication logs in internal systems.
Meet performance standards for quality, efficiency, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
