What You'll Do

Deliver prompt and professional support to

international customers

Handle queries through

calls, live chat, and email

Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints with clarity and empathy Follow up on unresolved queries and document interactions accurately Work closely with team leads to achieve

quality & performance targets

Who Can Apply

Freshers and experienced candidates with

Undergraduates or graduates (any discipline) Willingness to work in
