Your Role

As a

Client Relations Associate

, you will:

Communicate with overseas customers via

phone calls, live chat, and email support

Provide accurate guidance, solve issues, and ensure smooth customer experience Maintain records and update information in

CRM & internal tools

Collaborate with team leaders to achieve

quality and efficiency targets

Who We're Looking For

Education

: College undergraduates & graduates (any stream)

Skills

: Strong English communication (spoken & written) Ability to listen, analyze, and resolve customer concerns Comfortable with

rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Experience

: Freshers & experienced professionals in customer service or BPO welcome

Location

: Open to applicants from

PAN India

, willing to work

on-site in Jaipur
