Key Responsibilities:

Handle international customer queries via calls, chat, or email professionally and efficiently. Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain and update customer records using CRM tools. Work collaboratively in a team environment to meet performance targets.

Salary & Benefits:

INR 27,000 - 36,000 per month

(based on experience and performance).

Relocation bonus
