We are looking for a confident and result-oriented individual for a calling-based position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls or handling incoming calls to address customer inquiries, and provide product/service support.
Key responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
Provide accurate information about the product/service.
Maintain all call logs and update CRM (Customer Relation Management) systems regularly.
Build positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle objections.
Prior experience in calling.

Target - oriented mindset
Good organizational skills
