BPO Calling Staff - Australia Process

Age Criteria: 25-45 years

Experience: 2-4 years

Shift Timings: 11:00 PM - 08:00 AM (Melbourne Time) (tentative; may change as per operations)

Staff Requirement: Initially hiring one staff member to cover the full shift. Shifts will be 8.5 hours including a 30-minute overlap.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and attend incoming/outgoing phone calls confidently.

- Communicate effectively with clients/customers in English.

- Ensure professional and timely responses to all queries.

- Maintain call records and share updates with reporting manager.

Requirements:

- Strong command of English (spoken & written).

- Confident personality with good communication skills.

- Prior BPO/Calling process experience preferred.

- Willingness to work night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
