UK BPO Caller

Location: Mohali
Shift Timing: UK Shift (Monday-Friday)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week + 2 Alternate Saturdays

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and confident professionals to join our UK Logistics calling team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a clear and confident voice, and the ability to handle client interactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to

UK logistics and operations

. Communicate effectively with UK clients and partners to ensure smooth coordination. Maintain accurate call logs and update shipment details in the system. Build and maintain professional relationships with customers through courteous and efficient communication. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure timely updates.
Requirements:

Excellent

verbal communication skills

and confident voice clarity. Prior

experience in voice process

or logistics calling will be an added advantage. Comfortable working in

UK shift timings

. Strong interpersonal skills and customer-handling ability. Immediate joiners preferred.
