:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BPO Caller to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential clients, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database. Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads. Initiate engaging conversations to understand client needs and pain points. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on all interactions. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. Provide regular reports on call outcomes and lead generation activities. Continuously improve calling scripts and techniques based on feedback and results.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Proven track record of success in lead generation or outbound calling is highly preferred.

Skills:

Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Should be proficient in cold calling fully. Should have excellent communication and english speaking skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
