Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Handle incoming queries related to travel, bookings, or services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs Meet performance targets and service level standards Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Strong verbal and written communication skills Graduate (Pass-out years 2021 to 2025 only) Candidates must

NOT

hold the following qualifications: B.Tech, BE, BSc IT, Master's degrees All semester mark sheets must be available Should not have an existing PF account Flexible to work in

rotational shifts
