Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must be a graduate with good computer knowledge Must be fluent in Hindi and English Own Laptop is mandatory (i5 or i7 processor preferred)

Job Shift:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 15 days work from home and 15 days work from office

Job Role:

Attend customer calls and provide appropriate solutions Maintain professionalism and meet service quality benchmarks
