As an

Outbound Sales Executive

, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects and homeowners in Melbourne. Your goal is to introduce our services, generate interest, qualify leads, and close appointments/sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to Melbourne-based prospects using provided leads. Present company services in a clear, confident, and professional manner. Build rapport with decision-makers and overcome objections effectively. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Achieve weekly and monthly sales/appointment targets. Work closely with the team leader to refine calling scripts and improve results.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound sales / telesales / call center roles (international sales preferred). Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Confidence in handling objections and closing deals over the phone. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven. Reliable internet connection, laptop/PC, and a quiet work-from-home setup. Willing to work in

Australian shift hours (Melbourne time zone)
