Key Responsibilities:

Handle international customer queries via voice, chat, or email (based on process) Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customers Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with each interaction Update and maintain customer records Follow process guidelines and meet quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with experience in international BPO

Communication:

Excellent English (verbal and written) Must be comfortable with

night shifts
