We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused
Telecallers
to join our BPO team at
Nava India
. The ideal candidate should be fluent in
Tamil
, with additional proficiency in
English
and
Malayalam
preferred. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, and promoting products or services as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about company products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions.
Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous approach in all customer interactions.
Update and maintain customer databases with accurate information.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and efficient customer handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in
Tamil
(mandatory).
Good command of
English
and
Malayalam
preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call center software is a plus.
Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
