Job Description

Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their queries, resolve complaints, and provide support for products or services. Issue Resolution: Analyzing customer needs, troubleshooting problems, and offering timely solutions, sometimes escalating complex issues to higher levels. Information & Sales: Providing detailed information about products and services, taking orders, processing returns, and sometimes making sales calls to potential customers. Documentation: Accurately documenting all customer interactions and resolutions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Process Execution: Performing back-office tasks like data entry, transaction processing, or financial record-keeping on behalf of clients. Performance Metrics: Achieving set performance standards related to customer satisfaction, call handling efficiency, and service quality.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹37,600.00 per month
