Customer Support/BPO Executive (Inbound & Outbound)- Moter Insurance Domain- preferred

Location: Bengaluru (MG Road)

Work from office-5 days

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days

About the role-

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused

BPO Executives

to join our team in the

Motor Insurance domain

. The role involves handling

inbound and outbound calls

related to insurance policies, renewals, and customer queries, while ensuring high-quality service and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from customers regarding motor insurance queries, renewals, claims, and policy details. Make outbound calls for policy renewals, upselling add-ons, and new policy acquisition. Provide accurate information on premium calculations, coverage options, and policy benefits. Cross-sell and upsell motor insurance products, add-ons (zero depreciation, roadside assistance, etc.), and related services. Ensure compliance with

IRDAI guidelines

and company policies during all interactions. Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Meet and exceed daily/weekly

sales and service targets

(renewals, conversions, upselling). Handle escalations with professionalism and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma with

1-4 years

of experience in

BPO/Customer Support/Sales

(insurance domain preferred). Strong knowledge of

Motor Insurance

(Third-Party, Comprehensive, NCB, Add-ons) is a plus. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred). Proven ability in

sales conversions, renewals, and objection handling

. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality. Computer and CRM handling skills.
