Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer queries via
chat, phone, or email
Resolve issues related to orders, payments, delivery delays, or app usage
Coordinate with restaurants and delivery partners for smooth order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records and escalate unresolved issues
Deliver high customer satisfaction and meet response time targets
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in
English
Comfortable using apps, chat tools, and computers
Good listening skills and a calm, helpful attitude
Ability to work in
rotational shifts
(including nights/weekends)
Open to working with
2 rotational weekly offs
Eligibility:
Minimum Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are welcome)
Prior BPO
