2. Explain onboarding and payout processes clearly.
3. Maintain daily call records in Excel or CRM sheet.
4. Escalate customer issues to the concerned team when needed.
5. Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
6. Maintain professionalism and positive communication tone.
7. Understand driver issues or challenges related to onboarding, payout, or order delivery.
8. Coordinate and resolve driver issues quickly, ensuring smooth operations.
9. Follow up on live orders and update the concerned team in real time.
