Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally. Provide information about products/services. Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain call logs and update customer information accurately.

can apply. Qualification: 12th pass or graduate. Basic computer knowledge. Good communication skills in

Hindi and English
