Job Description

Sr. Developer 8+ o 6 to 8 years of experience in Appian experience o Lead the build, test, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using industry leading vendor technologies o Collaborate with diverse onshore / offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies o Strong understanding of Appian Objects such as Records, Reports, Tasks, News, Sites, Actions, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web API, Interface Rules, CDTs, Process Models. Constants, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, Feeds etc. o Have worked on one or more end to end Appian BPM implementation (Design/Develop/Deploy/Package) o Sound Knowledge of Appian Process/Solution and Infrastructure Architecture (Infrastructure Architecture must include knowledge of Appian In-Memory KDB Engines, Sizing, Scaling Vertically/Horizontally) o Sound Knowledge App Servers such as JBOSS, TOMCAT etc. and Web Servers such as Apache etc. o Integration with Web Services (SOAP and REST both), ESBs such as MuleSoft o Hands- On Experience in writing Appian Plugins (includes Smart Services, Function Plugins and Servlet Plugins), Connected Systems and Component UI Plugins (Preferred) o Experience with Embedded SAIL o Experience with J2EE Design Patterns such as JSPs, Java Servlets, EJBs, JDBC etc. o Ability to work within Safe Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Concepts and ability to understand and work using CICD Technologies such as Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, XLR, SonarCube and Testing Automation Technologies such as Selenium, Tosca o Appian "Lead Developer" (L3) certification is a MUST o Strong communication and presentation skills o Provide support to consultants and clients and understand business issues and related challenges of the client's organization and industry o Supports the operations of the engagement team and management while performing as an integrated team member.
