Responsible for the practice functions in Business Process Management(BPM)
Evangelization of practice offerings internally and externally. Enable sales and GTM team
Building the depth of the practice in terms of offerings, consulting, design & implementation skills
Presales, bid response & estimation
Scan the market trend and look at the disruption which can impact the practice and align practice offering accordingly
Managing various alliances and partnership.
Timely and quality delivery of technical milestones of projects, in conjunction with account PMs and DMs.
New initiatives to plan growth of practice and foray into new areas
The job also involves identifying the open source tools and libraries, commercials products and defining components/subsystems that need to be developed in-house for customer demo.
Ability to estimate the effort and to translate the architecture components into implementation is integral part of the job.
The job requires hands on approach in understanding RFP, RFQ, defining the requirements, breaking it down to user stories and presenting it over to the customer for winning the deal. Review and acceptance of the implementation is integral part of the job.
The job also involves engaging with customers, conceptualizing new products/solutions based on customer discussions and coming up with the architecture and product roadmap
Ability to Continuously learn BPM technologies and its evolution in standards, start-up companies and academia is a must. Learning vertical domains to the extent of gaining the ability to map the requirement into Microservices and APIs is a must.
Building visibility for self and Wipro in BPM through active contribution in webinars, whitepapers, tech-talks is a key part of the role
Roles & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is expected to have the right competency to fulfil the job requirements listed above. Relevant BPM experience in the range of 15-20 years is ideal for the role.
The candidate is expected to have excellent soft skills like consultative behaviour, business orientation and strong team spirit to collaborate with delivery, sales and customer teams with fluency in written and oral communications skills and ability to influence the right approach.
Very good understanding of DevOps / CI-CD concepts is must.
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience
