Job Description

10-14 years of experience in Pega and 8-10 years of experience in Pega CDH


The candidates will act as a CDH SME for Pega Platform perspective preferably in banking and financial services.


Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant


Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions and NBAD framework.


Proven track record of delivering hyper-personalized solutions using NBA strategies across inbound and outbound channels in both batch and real-time mode


Hands-on experience with Pega CDH components like ADM, DSM, Value Finder, Customer Profiler, etc.


Proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles.


Translate business requirements into decisioning logic, including Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, engagement policies, and offer flows.


Design and configure core decisioning logic using Pega CDH, including rules, propositions, treatments, and decision data flows.


Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to teams on Pega decisioning best practices.


Lead the development and configuration of Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM) , interaction history , decision strategy management and other Pega CDH components


Ensure seamless integration of decisioning frameworks with enterprise systems like CRM and data lakes.


Conduct peer reviews and manage quality assurance processes for decisioning logic.


Collaborate with data scientists to analyse customer interactions and optimize adaptive models.


Manage the end-to-end delivery of Pega CDH solutions in Agile environments.


Create post-implementation support documentation and resolve production defects.


Monitor application performance to ensure scalability and efficiency.


Implement governance standards for architecture, data privacy, and security compliance.


Mentor and lead a team of Pega NBA Designers or developers.


Coordinate tasks such as proposition builds, customer data flow updates, and interaction updates.


Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications, and Business Functions


Designing and implementing REST API, Kafka and FTP based integrations


Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights.


Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
