We are a leading pharmaceutical company seeking experienced Customer Care Executives (CSEs) to join our team. As a CSE, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and resolving queries related to our pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Provide product information and support to customers

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

- D.Pharm, B.Pharm Graduate, or pharmacy work experience

- Excellent communication skills in Telugu/Bengali and English

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
