Position Purpose:

The role plays a critical role in driving strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and decision support across the Transformation and Growth team. This role partners closely with Group and functional stakeholders to deliver insightful financial analysis, manage forecasting cycles, and support strategic initiatives that enhance business performance and value creation

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:


Ensure the operational conversion of the Finance strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business. Provide services to other Finance Teams and contribute to the success of the finance function within their area of the business. Assist in the development of models for acquisitions and divestments. Partner with the integration and separation team on planning for and tracking of costs. Supporting the value assurance team with tracking of transformation achievement and costs Support business managers in external and commercial activities.

Actively contributes to the development of strategic long-term financial and business plans through the provision of accurate


data and analysis.
Ensure the implementation of risk management, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls [BPC], Internal

and External Audits), and provide necessary information to internal and external auditors.
Provide accurate operational information and advice to support decision making of business managers, e.g. financial

reporting, budgets, forecasts, development of financial systems and audit.
Provide well managed and quality financial analysis in order to support the business planning and forecasting process and

alignment across the organization.
Assist in the development of models for acquisitions and divestments

Close collaboration with FRA on Monthly pre-close meeting, restructuring, accruals review, Master data maintenance and


closing calls. Ad hoc analysis for specific management request

What you'll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. Preferred MBA in Finance, Charted accountant (CA), or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business partnering Strategic financial modeling Budgeting and forecasting Risk management and compliance.
