Act as the main point of contact between customers and the bodyshop workshop.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process (from receiving the vehicle through to delivery).
Coordinate with insurance companies, service technicians, and parts departments.
Key Responsibilities
:
Greet customers when they arrive, understand and document the damage / repair needs.
Prepare detailed repair job cards and cost estimates (labor, parts, paint).
Liaise with insurance surveyors / companies to manage claim approvals.
Coordinate with the workshop / technicians to monitor the progress of repair.
Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle status, expected timelines, and any changes.
Explain the repair work done, the parts replaced, and costs at the time of vehicle delivery / billing.
Handle customer complaints / escalations, and ensure closure of issues.
Manage documentation: repair orders, job cards, insurance papers, invoices.
Assist in payment processing / invoicing when the customer collects the vehicle.
