Hosteller Attendance
Twice in a day:
- Morning around 7:30 AM
- Night around 10:00 PM
Register update:
Complaint Register: Students can register all kinds of
complaints related to water; electrical; housekeeping;
room & toilet; other open area within hostel premises;
gym; wi-fi; security etc
? Hostel Student feedback Register: Students can
share their feedback based on their experience at the
hostel.
? First Aide + Basic Medicine count Register: All
purchase and disposal of medicines to be register by
the Warden.
? Warning Register: No. of warning given to the
Hosteller by the Wardens will be documented and
bring it to the Principal's notice.
? Circular Register: Any order released by the
Principal can be circulated in the hostel through
circular register and same can be put up on the hostel
notice board.
? Laundry register: Cloths given for laundry purpose
should be documented by the Wardens.
Communication &
follow ups:
All communication should be circulated by the
Wardens through Circular Register like fee submission
on time or any pending dues etc.
? Encourage student to be on time to lectures / classes.
? Communicate to the Principal regarding student's
health issues, wasting time inside hostel etc
? Follow up with Facility Manager against complaint
raised by the students through complaint registers.
? Putting up the feedback collected from students before
Principal / appropriate authority for improvement.
Local guardians'
responsibility
? Counseling students to be disciplined inside Hostel &
College premises
? Restrict students in using alcohol, tobacco, chewing
gums & other intoxicated items inside the college /
hostel premises.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
