Process single, subscription, and group ticket sales in person, over the phone, and via email using specialized ticketing software (e.g., Ticketmaster, Tessitura, Spektrix).
Customer Service:
Address patron inquiries regarding showtimes, seating layouts, pricing, and venue policies. Resolve ticketing issues such as lost or damaged tickets, refunds, and exchanges.
Cash Management:
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, maintain a secure cash drawer, and perform daily reconciliations and bank deposits.
Event Preparation:
Arrive before performances to set up will-call, print attendance lists, and prepare ticket scanners.
Administrative Support:
Assist with database entry, file maintenance, and mailing promotional materials or season tickets.
