experienced tailor
to work
at our boutique premises

Initially, the role will involve
sample stitching
, and once finalized, the position will move to a
fixed monthly salary with performance bonuses
.
Payment Structure
Initial Phase:
Paid
per sample
during the trial/sample period
After Confirmation:
Monthly Fixed Salary:
?10,000 - ?11,000
Additional Fixed Bonuses

Responsibilities
Stitching samples accurately as per design and measurements
Stitching kurtis, blouses, dresses, and boutique garments
Ensuring proper fitting, finishing, and neat work
Coordinating with the designer/owner for alterations and improvements
Maintaining stitching quality and timelines
Requirements
Experience in boutique tailoring or women's wear
Good fitting sense and finishing skills
Ability to stitch samples independently
Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
Willingness to work long-term
