Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and stylish

Silk Boutique Showroom Manager Male / Female

to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for luxury textiles and a knack for leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including staff supervision and customer service Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets Maintain showroom displays and ensure a high level of visual merchandising Manage inventory, process transactions, and handle customer complaints

Experience:

2-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or textile industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth Knowledge of luxury and silk / boutique products (desirable)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with visual merchandising and store displays Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
