Job Summary:

The Fashion Designer /Boutique Owner is responsible for creating original clothing designs, patterns, and styles that reflect the boutique's aesthetic. The role includes research, sketching, fabric selection, sample making, and working closely with tailors to ensure the final garment meets the client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop new clothing lines based on seasonal trends and customer preferences Sketch designs and create technical drawings and patterns Select appropriate fabrics, colors, and trims for each design Work with tailors, pattern makers, and production teams to ensure timely execution Conduct fittings and make alterations based on customer feedback Meet with clients for custom orders and design consultations Stay updated with fashion trends, runway styles, and market needs Manage the design process from concept to finished product Maintain a portfolio of all designs and final products Assist in fashion shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field Proven experience as a fashion designer (portfolio required) Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and tailoring Creative flair and an eye for color, shape, and detail Good communication and time management skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
