Boutique Manager
The job is to head a boutique. The responsibilities shouldered would be technical, commercial,
financial and administrative in nature, including:-
:-

• Leading the entire team, evolving and implementing systems and processes.
• Building an ongoing relationship with clients and new prospects.

• Taking every walk-in to the showroom around and familiarizing them with the product and com-

pany values

• Interacting with customers, understanding their design requirements, presenting the product and

design.

• Ensuring that effective designs are generated and presented to clients.
• Visiting the clients site, giving proposal of design, quotation and presentation.
• Interaction with site co-ordinator and also making site ready for installations.
• Discussing and formulating quotations, monitoring pre-sale and post sale follow up.
• Following up on clients. collecting requisite fees and agreement amounts.
• Organizing requisite documentation.
• Interacting and building the brand with architects, interior designers, real estate

developers etc.

• Achieving the set targets by strategizing, planning and motivating the entire team.
• Liasoning with the head office to ensure smooth functioning of the orders
• Maintaining the decorum of the showroom at all times.
• Ensuring the samples, brochures are upto date and maintain a thorough knowledge of the product,

keeping yourself and team updated.

• Liasoning with external agencies to efficiently operate the profit center
• Reporting to COO and MD of the company.
