Production Manager

to lead post-sales alterations and fittings for our luxury brand, ensuring perfect fit, quality, and client satisfaction through strong technical expertise and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee alterations and customizations. Coordinate fittings, trials, and garment movement between store and production. Understand client requirements with consultants and assess alteration feasibility. Recommend and explain the best alteration solutions to clients. Lead and manage the production team. Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure timely delivery. Ensure

quality standards

: fit, finishing, cleanliness, stain-free garments. Attend client trials when required and ensure proper follow-ups. Handle client and internal escalations professionally. Maintain basic records, trial schedules, and production status updates.
