Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily boutique operations and staff coordination
Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
Handle client appointments, order tracking, and follow-ups
Coordinate with the design, tailoring, and dispatch teams
Manage inventory, bills, stock updates, and basic accounts
Assist with scheduling, task delegation, and team communication
Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the boutique space
Skills & Requirements:
Prior experience in retail or fashion boutique management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Excel, basic billing, and order tracking systems
