Job Summary:



We are seeking a responsible and proactive

Boutique Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our fashion boutique. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, manage customer interactions, and support the design and sales teams. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise daily boutique operations and staff coordination Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction Handle client appointments, order tracking, and follow-ups Coordinate with the design, tailoring, and dispatch teams Manage inventory, bills, stock updates, and basic accounts Assist with scheduling, task delegation, and team communication Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the boutique space

Skills & Requirements:



Prior experience in retail or fashion boutique management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Excel, basic billing, and order tracking systems Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and lead a small team Professional appearance and a customer-focused mindset Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage workload efficiently
