We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and experienced female professional to lead end?to?end boutique operations and sales. The Boutique Head will be fully responsible for store performance, customer experience, team management, and achieving sales targets while upholding the premium brand image.
Key Responsibilities
Boutique Operations & Management
Manage complete day?to?day boutique operations independently.
Ensure store readiness for new launch, visual standards, and operational excellence.
Maintain high standards of store appearance, hygiene, and brand presentation.
Drive exclusive saree sales through personalized styling and consultation.
Build and maintain relationships with high?value, bridal, and repeat customers.
Act as the brand ambassador at the store level, reflecting the celebrity?led identity.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and post?sale follow?ups professionally.
Manage inventory planning, stock inward/outward, and accurate record keeping.
Launch & Promotions
Support boutique launch activities, in?store events, and celebrity visits.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions and social media activities.
Ensure adherence to brand and communication guidelines.
Candidate Profile
Female candidates preferred.
Proven experience in luxury retail, boutique management, saree or ethnic wear sales.
Presentable, confident, and customer?centric.
Ability to handle end?to?end boutique operations independently.
Qualification & Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in boutique or premium retail / Smart freshers with basic knowledge of sarees or a strong willingness to learn and adapt are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in saree, bridal wear, or ethnic fashion preferred.
Graduation preferred; fashion or retail certifications are an advantage.
