Job Description

We are seeking a physically fit and alert

Bouncer

to maintain safety, security, and order at our premises. The ideal candidate should be able to manage crowds, handle difficult situations, and ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and property.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor entry and exit points

and check credentials if required. Manage

crowd control during events or peak hours

. Handle conflicts or disturbances calmly and efficiently.

Conduct regular patrols of the premises

.

Assist in emergency situations, including fire, medical, or security incidents

. Ensure the

safety of staff, visitors, and property at all times

. Coordinate with other

security staff and management

. Maintain incident reports and communicate any security concerns promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 10th pass; higher education is a plus.

Physically fit, alert, and able to handle stressful situations

. Prior

experience as a bouncer, security guard, or similar role

is preferred.

Good communication skills

and ability to handle confrontational situations. Basic knowledge of

security protocols and emergency procedures

.

Experience in handling events.
