Job Description

The of bouncer's involves providing security at the hospitals, maintaining order, monitoring patient / attendants for disruptive or aggressive behaviour, and physically but politely restraining unruly individuals when necessary. Key responsibilities include enforcing hospital policies, managing crowd control, coordinating with law enforcement, and projecting a professional, approachable, yet firm demeanour to ensure the safety and positive atmosphere of the hospital.

Core Responsibilities



Areas of Deployment:



1. ER crowd management

2. Wards crowd management

3. Pharmacy crowd management

4. Main gate civil traffic and hospital traffic management

5. Hospital main reception traffic management

Security & Access Control:



1.

ID verification:

Checking patient / attender's identification to ensure they authorised to enter restricted zones of the hospital (i.e) Campus entrance, ER, wards and pharmacy area.

2.

Enforcing entry rules:

Denying entry to intoxicated individuals, people not meeting the visitor's norms or those bringing illegal items.

3.

Patrolling:

Monitoring and patrolling the hospital floor / wards on scheduled timings and perimeter to identify potential threats or disturbances.

Order & Conflict Resolution:



1.

Maintaining order:

Ensuring a safe and orderly environment of the hospital.

2.

De-escalating conflicts:

Using communication skills to defuse tense situations and prevent them from escalating into physical confrontations.

3.

Removing troublemakers:

Politely removing or restraining individuals who violate policies or pose a threat to others.

QRT (Quick Reaction Team):



1.

Quick Response:

When tense situations arise and the QRT are informed they are expected to reach the location and defuse the crisis.

2.

Crowd management:

Guiding and controlling crowds, especially during hospital visiting hours.

3.

Emergency assistance:

Being prepared to respond to declare cases, MLC, medical incidents or other emergencies within the hospital.

4.

Law enforcement liaison:

Cooperating with and informing local law enforcement when situations require it.

Key Skills & Qualities



Observation Skills:

The ability to notice potential trouble signs and monitor crowd behaviour.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal skills to de-escalate conflicts and interact professionally with patients / attendants.

Physical Presence:

The ability to maintain a firm and authoritative presence, and to use appropriate force if necessary to control a situation.

Judgment & Decision Making:

The capacity to assess situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.

Professionalism:

Maintaining a professional and approachable demeanour while being firm when enforcing rules.

Pay: ₹10,216.48 - ₹25,000.00 per month
