Job Summary:
The Bottle Filling Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining dairy bottle filling, capping, and sealing machines to ensure hygienic, accurate, and efficient filling of milk and dairy products in compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor dairy bottle filling, capping, and sealing machines
Ensure accurate filling quantity and proper sealing as per SOPs
Set up machines, adjust parameters, and manage changeovers
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, and FSSAI standards
Carry out CIP (Clean-in-Place) and routine cleaning of machines
Maintain daily production logs, batch records, and machine logs
Minimize spillage, wastage, and downtime
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the filling and packing area
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering
3-5 years of experience in dairy bottle filling or food/beverage packaging operations
Knowledge of automated and PLC-based filling machines is an advantage
Understanding of dairy hygiene and quality standards
Willingness to work in shifts
