Experience Required

Prior teaching experience in Botany / Biology Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Botany/ Biology lessons as per CBSE curriculum. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and innovative learning activities. Prepare students for internal assessments, board exams, and competitive exams. Encourage critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and practical application of knowledge. Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure safety protocols are followed. Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback for improvement. Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic committees. Collaborate with peers to enhance interdisciplinary learning.

Key Skills

Strong subject knowledge in Botany and related sciences. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to integrate technology into teaching. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
