We offer courses from successful entrepreneurs across 100+ business areas, access to 2,000+ experts, and content in six languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, and English).

Role Summary:

We're looking for smart, well-groomed, and camera-friendly individuals who can become the face of Boss Wallah across our video content. Ideal candidates will go beyond presenting--they'll also be involved in scripting and editing, giving them exposure to the complete content creation process. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in the creator economy.

Responsibilities:

Script, present, and edit engaging business-related video content
Represent the Boss Wallah brand with confidence and charisma
Use AI tools (training provided) to assist in content editing and production
Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute content ideas

Eligibility:

Any graduate (Freshers are welcome!)
Must be fluent in English and at least one regional language
Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
Bonus: Existing social media following or prior video content experience

Well-groomed and professional appearance
Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills
Creative mindset with a passion for entrepreneurship and digital content
Willingness to learn tools and trends in video editing and AI

Probation Period:
