Key responsibilities:

  • Track funnel with Inside sales/”Customer Acquisition Group” team
  • Speak with the borrowers to understand their requirement. Reduce the number of new requirement raised for logged customers.
  • Continuous engagement with lender account management team to ensure there is feedback on every borrower (either system driven or manually)
  • Guide the borrower on approval of express interest, final lender selection basis in-principal sanction received from multiple lenders
  • Ensure lender queries & data requirements are closed with a TAT of 24 hours
  • Help close the deal by guiding the borrower on acceptance of commercials & terms and also establish deeper engagement with borrower to monetise them.
  • Support the lender with pre-sanction, post-sanction and pre-disbursement requirement.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Possess 2-5 Sales/account management experience in product/tech- based organization with B2B, BFSI focus.
  • High volume Borrower handling experience with deep understanding of loan process.
  • Experience in the fin-tech industry is preferred(Tech Product or Platform Sales Experience preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams internally
  • Qualifications: CA /BE/ B Com/BA/MBA
  • Certification: CA/CFA/FRM will be given a preference - Bonds maybe
