Role Overview:
We are seeking a
detail-oriented BOQ / Quantity Engineer
to manage project estimations, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and support cost-effective construction planning. The ideal candidate is analytical, precise, and capable of collaborating with project and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate
Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
for construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and procurement teams to ensure feasibility and budget adherence.
Track and update material consumption and project costs regularly.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Support tendering, procurement, and contract documentation processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, or construction estimation.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
