About the Role:We are looking for a BOQ & Procurement Specialist with experience in interiors, construction, or fit-out projects to manage accurate BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, and procurement processes to support seamless project execution.Key Responsibilities:Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings and specifications.Analyze drawings and identify material requirements for interior/construction projects.Coordinate with design and project teams for clarifications during BOQ preparation.Float enquiries, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative statements for procurement.Identify and negotiate with vendors for quality materials at competitive rates.Generate purchase orders and track material delivery timelines as per project schedules.Maintain and update vendor database and price master.Support project costing and budgeting activities with accurate material costing.Monitor and control material wastage at sites in coordination with the project team.Maintain documentation related to BOQ, purchase orders, GRNs, and vendor invoices.
