As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled BOQ Executive to enhance our estimation and execution planning capabilities. ?

? Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented BOQ Executive with hands-on experience in the interior execution segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates based on drawings and design inputs. Candidates with experience in factory, manufacturing, or site execution will be highly preferred, as the role requires a strong practical understanding of materials, hardware, and execution processes.

? ? Key Responsibilities ? Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on interior drawings and specifications ? Perform cut-list preparation for factory and site execution ? Conduct design reading and design rating to identify material requirements and execution feasibility ? Develop a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects ? Estimate quantities for: ? Furniture, modular units, and carpentry works ? Hardware, fittings, accessories, and finishes ? Raw materials such as boards, laminates, plywood, MDF, etc. ? Coordinate with design, factory, and execution teams for clarity and accuracy ? Support costing, budgeting, and project planning teams ? Review drawings to identify gaps, conflicts, or optimization opportunities ? Assist in procurement planning by sharing accurate material requirements ?

? Required Skills & Qualifications ? 3 - 4 years of experience as a BOQ / Estimation Executive in the interior industry ? Strong experience in: ? Cut-list preparation ? Design reading & design rating ? Material estimation & BOM ? Hardware specification and quantity calculation ? Practical knowledge of interior execution and manufacturing processes ? Experience from a factory background or site execution is highly preferred ? Proficiency in MS Excel and BOQ estimation formats ? Knowledge of AutoCAD / design drawings is an added advantage ? High attention to detail and strong analytical skills ? Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines ?

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
