The BOQ & Estimation Executive is responsible for preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
,
cost estimates, and project budgets for interior and architectural works. This role ensures financial accuracy, supports cost-effective decision-making, and assists project teams in delivering projects within approved budgets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
BOQ Preparation & Quantity Take-off
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for civil, architectural, interior, and MEP works.
Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis
- Conduct rate analysis and prepare item-wise cost estimates.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Project budgeting, cost monitoring, and updating revised estimates.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with architects, designers, vendors, and suppliers for quotations and clarifications.
of relevant experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, and costing in interior/architectural projects.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes & MEP systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel & costing software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
