Job Description

Civil works (earthwork, RCC, PCC, masonry, roads, drains) Structural steel / PEB structures MEP services (HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, electrical - basic level) Quantity take-offs from

GFC / IFC drawings

Cost estimation as per

DSR / Market rates / Vendor quotes

Prepare

tender documents, RFQs, and comparative statements

Coordinate with

architectural, structural, and MEP teams

for quantity validation Support

value engineering and cost optimization

Assist in

budgeting, project cost control, and revisions

Maintain BOQ revisions as per design changes Prepare

area statements and abstract cost summaries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?18,000.00 per month
