Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

BOQ Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

to support our real estate and construction projects by preparing accurate and competitive quotations based on received Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze BOQs issued by clients or consultants Prepare detailed quotations with accurate unit rates Price materials, labor, equipment, preliminaries, overheads, and profit Verify quantities and identify discrepancies or missing items Highlight assumptions, exclusions, and commercial risks Coordinate with internal teams for technical clarifications Ensure quotations are aligned with project scope and timelines Deliver quotations within agreed deadlines

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Proven experience in BOQ pricing for real estate or construction projects Strong knowledge of market rates and construction methodologies Proficiency in Excel and BOQ-based costing formats High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
