We are looking for a

BOQ & BBS Executive (Female Candidate Only)

who has excellent knowledge of

calculations, construction materials with their units, and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)

. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing

BOQ & BBS

for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Preparation of

BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

from drawings and specifications. Preparing and verifying

BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)

for reinforcement steel. Accurate

quantity take-off

and material estimation. Good knowledge of all

site materials (cement, steel, sand, aggregates, bricks, tiles, etc.)

with correct units (bags, kg/ton, cum, sqm, numbers, etc.). Assisting in

rate analysis, tendering, and estimation work

. Coordinating with site engineers, architects, and procurement teams. Maintaining proper project documentation, reports, and records. Ensuring accuracy in all

calculations, BOQ, and BBS

.

Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge of

BOQ, BBS, and material units

. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred). Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
