Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas:
Expense and revenue management, book-keeping on Tally, compliance, & basic understanding of direct & indirect taxes, coordination with Auditors, MIS reporting on MS-Excel
Accounting:
A Day to day book-keeping and Bank Reconciliation for India and US
A Manage Finance and Account related queries of all Vendors and Business Associates and Staff
A Examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Compliance:
A Assist with and act as the primary point of contact for auditor requests for all requirements.
A Compliance with payment, reporting and other statutory requirements.
A Manage banking/legal documentations and requirements
A Ensure compliance and reporting related to Taxation and Company Law (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, EPF, Labour Laws etc.)



Reporting:
A Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance.
A Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting and analysis of financial information
A Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to financial processes
A Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Must have 2 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in accounting, tally, excel and taxes.
